Superfood Sunday

Currently watching the snow fall outside of my windows & it really is beautiful. Only because we don't have to go or be anywhere. If that were the case, I would be thinking differently.
 
For probably everyone not from Seattle or Massachusetts, today's game is mostly about the commercials & food or should I put food first? Either way... I wanted to share what we made for Super bowl Sunday in hopes to inspire some of you!

 
First up, our appetizer, because we are fancy like that.

 
First you should know that this is extremely addicting & delicious.

Ingredients:
2 packages cream cheese
2 10oz can chicken (drained)
1 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup buffalo/chile sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
Directions:
Soften cream cheese mix in buffalo sauce and ranch dressing,
Warm chicken in skillet
Mix all ingredients
Serve in crockpot 
 
& voila' time to enjoy!
 
Next up, the main course. Brought to you by our crock-pot as well.
 
 
Ingredients:
-Beef chuck roast
-half cup of water
-1 packet of ranch dressing mix
-1 packet of brown gravy mix
-vegetables as desired
 
Directions:
-Cut up desired vegetables
-Combine all in slow cooker 
-Cook on low 6-7 hrs
 
Our house smells wonderful & best thing, we will have leftovers! Easy as pie for Super bowl Sunday!
