29 weeks

To be fair, the pictures were taken on time, but the post was not published on time. I imagine that is how it will be once baby gets here. I won't want to do anything else besides stare at his/her face all day long. Fine by me!

How far along: 29 weeks

Baby Size: Your baby now weighs about 2 1/2 pounds about the size of a butternut squash and is a tad over 15 inches long from head to heel.

Baby's progress: His/her muscles and lungs are continuing to mature, and his/her head is growing bigger to make room for his/her developing brain. To meet his/her increasing nutritional demands, you'll need plenty of protein, vitamins C, folic acid, and iron. And because his/her bones are soaking up lots of calcium, be sure to drink your milk (or find another good source of calcium, such as cheese, yogurt, or enriched orange juice). This trimester, about 250 milligrams of calcium are deposited in your baby's hardening skeleton each day.

Weight gain: Probably around 25ish pounds.

Stretch Marks: Still none!

Sleep: Hit & miss. I'm up using the bathroom a lot, so it depends on how tired I am. Sometimes I'll fall right back to sleep, other nights it's hard.
Gender: No idea! :)

Movement: Yes, lots!

Best Moment this week: Organizing baby's room.
Looking forward to: I was looking forward to our shower all week. I got to see some of my best friends that I haven't seen in forever! It was awesome!
Food Cravings: Nothing, but I am constantly hungry. Which explains what was stated above with how much the baby needs protein and calcium.

Symptoms: Using the bathroom A LOT, eating all the time.

Things that suck: Not much...I know I say this every week, but it's true. I CAN NOT wait to meet our baby!
Things that don't suck: A plus... being pregnant during the Holidays- so many blessings!
