Life Recently.

Weren't we just celebrating the New Year? How the heck is it almost March. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. I am more than ready for spring, some warmer temps and being outside more. I miss enjoying the outdoors. Of course, our first winter in Chicago has not disappointed us. The weather men and women have said MANY times that this is the worst winter Chicago has experienced in 25 years. Yay? Should we be celebrating? No. Don't get me wrong, when those first big snow storms came, I had the very same reaction everyone else did. "OOMMMGGG...Will, Look outside, it is SNNOOWWINGG! Like, it's reallllyyy coming down." (as if I've never witnessed a snow storm) Then off we go with dog in to frolicking in the snow for a couple of hours. Don't get me wrong. It's beautiful and I appreciate being able to witness all four seasons, but I miss the warm sun. Again, Not complaining.

Thought I would give a little update on our lives recently because we've had some changes. We are entering our 6 month of marriage. 6 months?! I know. Compared to some couples that's nothing.. but it has seriously gone so quickly! SO much has happened in 6 months. Marriage is fun and hard, like sometimes really hard, but it's that good kinda hard that makes everything worth while. A lot of people look at me and think. 'Your married? How old are you? That is too young.' I just shake my head. Marriage is the biggest blessing in my life. Period. I love it, I love who I am married too. Will and I always I like you and I love you.

& now I should stop rambling and maybe explain the reason I am blogging. So we moved. Yes, again. In the winter. In Chicago. Yes, again. I know, I know, we are crazy. So you may be wondering why we moved. Well let me say we didn't want too. We loved Wheaton, like a lot. However, I will just say without going in to a big log story, we were having neighborly problems. Some big ones that we had being putting up with since we move there in September. Again, the house was great, location was perfect, but we were miserable. We hated being there & she made it a number 1 priority to make us miserable everyday. We had to get out if we wanted our lives back, so alas, here we are. In our OWN home. We aren't sharing anything. It's blissful. Will and I have honestly never slept better. It was so worth it. We will probably be back to Wheaton one day, but for now, this is our home.

Here's the front of the home, obviously.

Sadie and Will in the backyard that's fenced in. Sadie loves it. Even more than we expected. She just loves to roam out there and play fetch. It's wonderful. We also have a two car garage that we love, Will a little bit more than me :)
See. Just pure joy! :)
Looking down the hall into the living room area. It has 3 bedrooms with 1 bath. It's all hardwood floors. Did I mention that there is an Ikea 5 minutes from my house? I've never been, but next month I am going to buy some rugs. (yayyy)

Part of our gallery wall.
Will update with more pictures later. Thought this would be the best way to explain the situation. Other than moving everything is the same. Will still doing big things in his position and loves it. He has a birthday coming up. A big one too. He'll be 25! I am enjoying my job and the people I work with. Sadie is still very sweet and good mix to our family. She loves her Mom and Dad, a lot. Hope this blog post find you doing well!
